MEET THE OWNER
alex gurskeAlex, owner of Northern Peak Plumbing + Contracting, has been working in the plumbing industry since 2016, bringing a decade of hands-on experience and a well-rounded background in multiple trades.
His experience spans everything from small repairs and remodels to full-scale new construction, including both builder-grade homes and custom builds. He has also led large mixed-use projects as a foreman, overseeing and working projects from start to finish on apartment complexes, townhomes, and restaurants. Along with a variety of commercial spaces such as coffee stands, salons, office buildings, hotels, and more. That range gives him a practical, real-world understanding of how systems should be built, not just how they look on paper.
Born and raised in the Spokane area, Alex now lives in the Greenbluff community with his wife and their three kids. When they’re not working or at home, you’ll likely find them spending time at Priest Lake, their second home.
Alex is known for bringing the right balance of professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and integrity to every project. He takes pride in doing things the right way and being someone his clients can rely on from start to finish.
The Meaning Behind the logoEvery element of the Northern Peak Plumbing + Contracting logo represents how we approach our work and the standard we hold ourselves to.
The Mountain
The mountain stands for strength, reliability, and long-term durability. It reflects the goal behind every project. Work that holds up, performs, and stands the test of time. No shortcuts, no temporary fixes. Just solid, dependable craftsmanship.
The evergreen trees
Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, the trees represent growth, resilience, & connection to the local Spokane WA & surrounding area community. They also reflect consistency. Showing up, doing the work right, and being a company people can rely on again and again.
the triangle frame
The triangle symbolizes structure, stability, and precision. Just like in construction, everything matters. Alignment, planning, and execution. It represents the disciplined approach taken on every job, whether it’s new construction, a remodel, or service work.
the circle
The circle represents completeness and accountability. Every project is seen through from start to finish with attention to detail. It also reflects the commitment to stand behind the work long after it’s done.
The bold typography
Strong, clean lettering reflects confidence, clarity, and professionalism. No confusion, no guesswork. Just straightforward communication and a clear standard of work.
